Kelly is correct and the gent on the left is Charlie Carpenter who lived with his wife in the second part of The Wills house down Menlea. Archie Harris built and sold quite elaborate bird houses from their house with the small yard on the left just up from Blagdon Stores. I’m guessing Kelly is the daughter of either Judy or Anne nee Rowe. Who’s Parents were Brenda and Dick Rowe. Dick was an exceptional Builder who worked with Ernie Williams ( puzzle) to all who knew him. Dick was like Chisel filer a Master stonemason who having picked a stone up during building a wall very rarely failed to place it.
