That is Aubretia Cottage off the Grove footpath I think.

This is the post card that was used to advertise our house in 1982, when we moved in! We had to come to terms with this odd spelling of Aubrietia, and often thought of returning it to its former name of “The Rocks”. This however sounds more like a cave than a house! We have a large print of the photograph. One comment about the pipe visible behind the house. This was one of three such pipes placed above an underground stream, and they were subsequently removed a number of years ago.
That particular one, was scheduled to be moved to somewhere else, but the bother of moving it with a long reach crane jib etc. meant that it was demolished instead by the neighbours, and to think that when we bought the house, we did not even notice it standing there!
