    There’s several photos of this house from different angles, it is similar to nurse Lye’s house but I believe it’s Elsie Pearce’s house, now demolished, on the Bath Road, between Lower Hill Farm and Gilcombe House. The late David Lock gave the History Society copies of this photo and Andrew had several photos of the side & back of the house.
