Things to think about
• Is the image the right way round?
• Is it duplicated in the archive?
• When was the image taken?
• Why was it taken?
• Who took it?
• Where is it?
• What does it show?
• Can you identify the people in it?
• Any observations about the image
• Anecdotes inspired by the images

second lady from the left in right hand corner of photo is my paternal grandmother Ivy Bertha Hole who lived at Sunnyside Church Street blagdon and fourth along is Annie Filer.
Diane, is Ivy Bertha Hole the mother of Adrian Hole?. The lady above her I think is Nellie Harris and the lady 2nd from her left is Mrs Winter
yes Phil Lewis. Adrian was my Dad he passed away in 2015. My mum was Heather Osborne. She passed away 2012
It does look like Nellie harris. She was married to my great uncle Alvan harris. My grandmother Brenda’s brother. Uncle Alvan was named after his father Archie harris brother Alvan Oscar Harris who was killed in the battle of the Somme ww1.
Also in the photograph I recognise a Mrs Winter who is 2nd to the left of Nellie Harris.
